Professor Lopez is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Liberal Arts previously teaching Technology in Education for the School of Education at St. John’s University. Specializing in business marketing and technology at Hofstra University in Long Island, NY, he also taught Introduction to Digital Photography for the Continuing Education Program later as an alumnus. He later earned his Master’s Degree from St. John’s University located in Queens, NY. He incorporated his first business less than one year after graduating college. Now a member of the Professional Photographers of America and a Board Member of The Professional Photographers of Greater New York Charter, he has become a national and international photographer in the last decade who’s traveled the States, Caribbean and South America extensively for his work ranging from National Conventions, photographing celebrities, politicians and heads of corporations to the more intimate weddings where clients seek his professional craft of art for a lifetime of memories. Omar also is the board chair for Social Media for the Professional Photographers of Greater New York and has been the Marketing Director for other non-for-profit organizations.
