Associate Professor of Computer Science teaching, or having taught, a broad variety of courses including Introductory Programming, C++ and COBOL programming languages, Database Management Systems, Systems Analysis, Operating Systems, Data Mining and the full Cisco CCNA Networking curriculum at St. John's University. Contributor to the design of several Computer Science courses both on the undergraduate and graduate level. Fully involved in service to St. John's University community including participation in the Academic Service Learning, Computer Science Mentoring and Learning Community programs. Also provide technical support and management of the St. John's Law School Moot Court database. Industry background includes over three decades of experience involving software applications management, database systems design, quality assurance management and serving as the National Director of technical support for TIAA-CREF. Have remained hands-on technically proficient while exercising solid management skills. Well versed and experienced in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and have utilized Information Engineering and Structured Analysis development techniques. Have managed projects in the Mainframe, Mid-range, Client/Server and Web environments.
