Through Tobin's faculty led Global Destination Courses (GDC), you'll travel to leading business hubs around the world, visit global companies, meet industry professionals, and gain firsthand insight into how business is conducted across cultures and markets.

These short term, credit bearing experiences allow you to expand your perspective, strengthen your resume, and develop the global mindset employers value without delaying graduation.

London Finance GDC

London Finance GDC

Travel to London during Spring Break and obtain firsthand insight into the inner workings of the global economy while deepening your understanding of England's role in the global marketplace. You will attend lectures and seminars at the international headquarters of major market players to enhance your appreciation for the interdependence of financial institutions around the world.

Travel Dates: February 22 - February 26, 2027

Program Fee: $2185* (airfare not included)

*Upon enrollment, all students will be charged a program fee of $2,185. FIM students who receive an SMIF (AFI) scholarship will have $1685 deducted from their fee, effectively making their program fee $500.

Rome Accounting Scholars GDC

Risk Management & Insurance GDC

Travel through the world's leading insurance markets while visiting the headquarters of global insurance and reinsurance organizations in London, Zurich, Munich or Dubai, followed by a Bermuda experience.

Program Fee & Expenses: $1,000 (includes airfare, accommodations and some meals)

Eligibility Criteria: Greenberg School majors with a minimum GPA of 3.50. Students must have completed at RMI 1301 by Fall 2025. Preference is given to students who have completed more RMI courses. To be considered for admission into this course students must complete an application and interview.
