Dr. Ginzburg is an ambulatory care pharmacist specializing in family medicine. Her clinical site is in NYC at the Institute for Family Health as part of the Mt. Sinai-Downtown Family Residency Program. As an appointed faculty member for the family medicine residents, Dr. Ginzburg provides pharmacotherapy education through precepting and didactic lectures. Additionally, she and her pharmacy students provide counsel patients on proper management of their medications, medical conditions, and how to use devices (glucometers, CGMs, insulin pumps, inhalers, etc). Dr. Ginzburg also performs clinical research with pharmacy students and family medicine residents.

Since 2003, Dr. Ginzburg has been teaching didactic classes at the St. John’s Queens campus which include various Drugs and Disease modules and the Advanced Education for the Patient with Diabetes elective.
