Teaching: Based on my educational training, I strive to teach students the knowledge in the area of social and administrative pharmacy. I use principles and methods of teaching from within and outside the pharmacy discipline to enhance student learning. Research: My research interests are in: (1) understanding new ways of providing healthcare information to consumers; (2) developing and evaluating new methods of teaching students. For my areas of interest I adapt work grounded in advertising theories for healthcare communication; health behavior theories; marketing models of consumer behavior; and educational psychology.
