Corinne I. Alois, M.S., PA-C, is an accomplished health-care professional. Currently, she serves as an Associate Professor/Industry Professional in the Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant program at St. John’s University’s College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences

Her impressive educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University and a certificate from the Bayley Seton Hospital Physician Assistant program. She earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital.

Prof. Alois is a certified P.A. who has gained valuable clinical experience in family practice, pediatrics, women’s health, and specialized training in plastic surgery. Her clinical experience has contributed to her role as an educator. She is a former faculty member of the St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers’ Physician Assistant program.

Additionally, Prof. Alois has been recognized for advancing knowledge and skills within the community. She was chosen as one of the PA Foundation Nutrition Outreach Fellows for 2022 and is an instructor for the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma’s Stop the Bleed® course. Furthermore, she serves as a Research Advisor at Saint Elizabeth University. 

She actively engages in various University committees and professional organizations. She is a valued Fellow of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants. Prof. Alois actively embraces being a lifelong learner and hopes to instill in her students the same passion for learning and growth in the field of medicine.

Aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, Academic Service-Learning, evidence-based medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, and type 1 diabetes
