Born and received up to graduate education in China. Worked on farms, as a farmer and a medical clinic personnel. Worked as an aid for Ministry of Commerce of China in 1977, served as liaison coordinator for the university international relations in Jilin University, China, 1977-1980. Over 400 refereed journal articles, refereed conference proceedings papers, book chapters, feature papers and articles, edited conference proceedings, and edited journals, conference presentations, etc. Had over 100 professional appearance. Worked in six times for United Nations' Projects over six year period. Served as editor, guest editor, managing editor for journals and conference proceedings. Raised about one million dollars for St. John's University in his advanced International Management Training Programs. He and his wife, Lily Wang have established a scholarship at St. John's University since 2014 for those management major students who have achieved an outstanding academic performance.
