Dr. Rene S. Parmar is Professor of Measurement and Evaluation in the Division of Administrative and Instructional Leadership. Her background is in Special Education, with a focus on assessment and instructional practices for students with learning disabilities. Her research interests are in the areas of educational assessment and test development, and mathematics learning disabilities. Recently she has also been involved in research concerning family engagement of diverse exceptional learners. She has published widely in these areas and presented at many national and international conferences.
