Greetings!
I am a professor of teaching and learning with over 35 years of experience in elementary, middle, and high school classrooms and public and private institutions of higher education. My academic and professional focus centers on Mathematics Education, Teacher Preparation, and Family and Community Engagement. I also greatly enjoy facilitating professional development for in-service teachers and administrators in Pre–K–12 educational settings.
In my leadership roles in higher education—including Program Coordinator, Assistant Chair, and Associate Dean—I have worked to energize faculty to collectively advance programs of study steeped in clinical experiences and related research. I emphasize collaboration, patience, and inclusivity, and guide initiatives with a structured yet flexible approach.
