I earned a Ph.D. degree in Operations Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. I also hold an MA degree in Decision Sciences from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor degree in Mathematics from Kiev State University, Ukraine. My research interests span areas of operations, service management and marketing, quality, international business and entrepreneurship, as well as sustainability, and motivational theories and social psychology within organizations especially as they relate to multi-generational workforce. I have authored numerous publications in preeminent peer-reviewed journals.
At St John's, I was a recipient of the Teacher of the Year award from Student Government. I also have been awarded an Outstanding Teaching Award from TCB for work and engagement on Staten Island campus. I am also a proud recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Medal for dedicated years of service at St. John’s.
