Harry J. Ewan has been instructing a First Year Writing course entitled “Language and Power in and out of the Academy” for seven years. The course currently explores rhetorical, research-based, and ethnographic writing practices themed around cultural/subcultural topics and issues. Among other campus activities, Harry is co-faculty advisor for "Intersections," an online journal of First Year Writing in its 3rd year of publication, and he has also taught at SJU's Rome campus with our Global Passport Program in 2022 and again in 2023.
