Dean's Office Locations

The CCPS Queens Dean’s office & Faculty are now located in St. Augustine Hall, Second Floor.

The CCPS Staten Island Dean’s office is located in Flynn Hall Room 101, while Faculty offices are located in Rosati Hall.

Advisement for Summer/Fall 2021

So that you can receive your priority number in a safe, timely manner, CCPS is launching our new, user-friendly, electronic advisement form for SUMMER/FALL 2021 registration.

Register for SUMMER/FALL 2021in Five Easy Steps:

  1. Access the CCPS advisement form
    1. Queens Upperclassmen (Freshman please contact your freshman center advisor): Click Here
    2. Staten Island Students:
      1. Students with last name starting with A-L: Click Here:
      2. Students with last names starting with M-Z: May either email [email protected] to schedule an in person advisement appointment or Click Here to do the online advisement form.
  2. Follow  the instructions to complete and submit your form by March 24, 2021*.
  3. Check  your St. John’s account for an email with your course approval & priority number.
  4. Visit https://www.stjohns.edu/academics/office-registrar/registration to match your priority number with your web registration date.
  5. Register  for classes through UIS on your web registration date.

Helpful Tips to Make Sure You Receive Your Priority Number:

  • Enter your X number on your form (not your 9 number)
  • Enter your stjohns.edu email address on your form (Ex:[email protected])
  • Check your spam/clutter folder if you do not receive a reply in 3-5 business days.
