Registration PIN Request Form
For Winter/Spring 2026 Registration:

  • Check your SJU email account on October 15, 2025, for Winter/Spring 2026 pre-registration notifications from: [email protected]
  • CCPS First-year students: Continue to check with your CSS advisor for pre-registration/advisement information.

Change of Major - CCPS Undergraduate BA/BS Programs Only*
To request a change from one CCPS major to another:

  1. Log on to signon.stjohns.edu
  2. Click on the new UIS Experience
  3. Go to the Academic Request box
  4. Select the Change of Major link to complete and submit a request.

*AA/AS students: Contact your CCPS dean to discuss any changes to your major.  For your dean’s contact information, visit: www.stjohns.edu/ccpscontact

Internal Transfer - All Undergraduate Students:
To request a transfer into a program offered through another SJU college (SJC, TCB, Ed, Pharm), complete an Internal Transfer Application:

  1. Log on to signon.stjohns.edu
  2. Click on the new UIS Experience
  3. Go to the Academic Request box
  4. Select Internal Transfer Request to complete and submit a request. 

Change of Minor or Specialization- CCPS Undergraduate Students
Submit the Change of Minor or Specialization form to declare or change a minor or specialization (including second majors).

Course Substitution- CCPS Undergraduate & Graduate Students
Submit the Course Substitutionform to request a course substitution in your MAJOR area

  • For substitutions in your minor, core/liberal arts, or professional areas, contact your CCPS dean: www.stjohns.edu/ccpscontact
  • This form is for CCPS students only. Other students must contact their college office for assistance.
     

Academic Leave of Absence- CCPS Undergraduate Students
Submit the Academic Leave of Absence form to request an academic leave of absence.
 

The Withdrawal Period has now ended - CCPS Undergraduate & Graduate Students

FALL 2025 Withdrawal Period: September 10th  to November 7th.
September 23 (T): Last day to drop a class - no transcript notation
November 7 (F): Last day to withdraw from a class or apply for the Pass/Fail option
 

CCPS Pre-Req Waiver - CCPS Undergraduate & Graduate Students
Submit a CCPS Prerequisite Waiver to request enrollment in an advanced course without the required prerequisite.


Pass Fail Form - Undergraduate Students only

  • The Fall 2025 Pass/Fail period is from October 24th to November 7th 

    To request a pass fail during this period:
    1. Log on to signon.stjohns.edu
    2. Click on new UIS Experience
    3. Go to the Academic Request box
    4. Click on Pass/Fail to complete and submit request.

Note: The pass/fail form link will only be visible during the pass/fail period.
