Joseph E. Oliva, Esq. '91CBA, '94L, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Oliva is responsible for overseeing key operational functions of the University to support its mission, goals, and strategic objectives. He directs and oversees Athletics, Campus Facilities and Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Audit, Marketing and Communications, Public Safety, Student Success and Retention Strategy, and University Relations. As the University’s Chief Operating Officer, he plays a critical role in guiding organizational strategy, fostering innovation, and driving operational excellence across diverse areas of the institution.
