The Department of Administrative and Instructional Leadership (DAIL) in The School of Education recently welcomed alumni for an evening of fellowship, laughter, and networking at their Alumni Happy Hour.
More than 30 alumni and several faculty members gathered at Bourbon Street in Bayside, NY, to reconnect, share stories from their professional journeys, and build new relationships within the St. John’s University network. “The event showcased the enduring strength of the DAIL community and the lasting impact of a St. John’s education,” said Catherine C. DiMartino, Ph.D., Professor and Program Coordinator of DAIL.
From friendly trivia competition and enthusiastic karaoke performances to meaningful conversations and shared memories, the evening was filled with energy, camaraderie, and Johnnie pride. Guests enjoyed an atmosphere that celebrated both personal accomplishments and the collective success of the DAIL alumni family.
“This was a reminder that graduation is not the end of the St. John’s journey, but rather the beginning of a lifelong connection to a community of educators, leaders, and changemakers,” said Dr. DiMartino.
