At Tobin, our Undergraduate Business Core Curriculum gives you a comprehensive understanding of how organizations operate. You'll study accounting, finance, marketing, management, economics, business law, and business analytics while learning how each discipline works together to drive business success.

After completing the Undergraduate Business Core Curriculum, you'll continue into advanced coursework within your chosen major while applying what you've learned through internships, consulting projects, competitions, research, and other experiential learning opportunities across the Tobin College of Business.
Beyond the Classroom: Professional Engagement Program (PEP)
At Tobin, your education extends beyond the classroom. Every undergraduate business student participates in the Professional Engagement Program (PEP), a structured four-year career development pathway led by the Wirth Center for Professional Development.
From your first semester through graduation, PEP helps you develop the professional skills employers value through career coaching, networking opportunities, experiential learning, and career readiness programming. As you progress through your degree, you'll build your resume, strengthen your professional presence, and prepare for internships and full-time career opportunities.
