Beta Alpha Psi Chapter Wins Two National Awards
Students from Beta Alpha Psi, the accounting and finance honor society, from the Staten Island campus won two Best Practices awards at the National Conference in Baltimore, MD on August 6, 2016. One team won first place in the “Good or Great” competition, while the second team won third place in the “Alignment of Officer Activities” competition. The competition is sponsored by Deloitte.

St. John's Takes First Place in District Advertising Competition
For the second year in a row, the St. John's team finished first in its district and among the top eight nationally in the National Student Advertising Competition organized by the American Advertising Federation (AAF). In April 2016, the team placed 1st place in District 12 competition in New York City. In June 2016, The team placed 4th at the National Competition in Anaheim, California.
