CPS Dean, Faculty, and Students attend NY Fashion Tech Week

St. John’s University, College of Professional Studies Dean Katia Passerini, Faculty and Students took part in Fashion Week, Sept 2018, viewing the latest Fashion Show of designers, Erica Gray, Gillian Wan, Nicka Bisou, Sascha Hosey and Lumen Couture by Chelsea Klukas. Dr. Andrea Licari was MC for the event.

Fashion Tech Week included: "...panel discussions, networking mixers, keynote speakers, demos, fashion tech competition, VIP opening reception, closing party and runway show highlighting the applications of 3D print designed apparel, accessories and footwear. Augmented/virtual reality, retail tech, robotics, wearables, IoT and sustainability in the fashion ecosystem. Fashion Week September 7th - 10th, 2018 was Fashion Tech Week in New York (FTWNY) and took place at the Terri Cultural Center in Manhattan.
