Karen Pennacchio supports and drives University-wide assessment with the administration of assessment activities and events, as well as data management, analysis, and reporting. She is responsible for the creation and deployment of assessment tools across the University, enhancing all levels of assessment. Karen assists the Vice Provost of Graduate Education, Clinical Operations and Research, and Assessment with special projects.

Prior to joining the Office of the Provost, Karen started as student worker in the Office of the Registrar. In 2019, she was promoted to Department Assistant and her responsibilities expanded to include maintenance of student records, distributing and processing of graduation data, and assisting students, faculty, and staff with critical process and data requests.

Karen is a double alumna of St. John’s, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Theology & Religious Studies in 2019 and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management in 2021.
