Neil R. Blecher is an Associate General Counsel of Capgemini North America, Inc. (“Capgemini”) and is the lead attorney for Capgemini’s Consumer Products, Retail and Distribution Business Unit.  Blecher divides his time representing Capgemini in: (i) complex information technology transactions, (ii) teaming and alliance agreements, (iii) national and international outsourcing agreements, and (iv) general business matters involving Capgemini.  He received a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center.  Blecher is also an Adjunct Professor at St. John’s Law School where he currently teaches Internet Law and previously taught Drafting and Negotiating Complex Transactions in Information Technology
