U.S. Legal Studies LL.M.
For attorneys who want to specialize in U.S. law, and likely spend most of their careers practicing U.S. Law in the United States (typically in New York).
Transnational Legal Practice LL.M.
For attorneys who plan to practice transnational, cross-border, or international law, likely in their home countries, and who want to bring a strong knowledge of U.S. law and transnational law to their practice. This program is well suited for attorneys who want to serve as liaisons between practitioners in their home country and the U.S. attorneys they do business with.

Bankruptcy LL.M.
For attorneys who want to deepen the knowledge and skills in this dynamic practice area, we offer the nation's only LL.M. program in Bankruptcy Law. Students take specialized bankruptcy courses taught by renowned leaders in the field. Our graduates practice with top firms and clerk for influential judges nationwide. The program also includes the country’s leading bankruptcy journal, the national bankruptcy moot court competition, and the national bankruptcy mediation training program.
