Facilities Services has primary responsibility for facilities operations on all four New York campuses. On each campus, it oversees the facilities operation that is responsible for the custodial work and maintenance of the University’s facilities.
Employees should address all maintenance issues directly with the outsourced company:
Employees whose maintenance issues are not addressed to their satisfaction should call the Queens campus Department of Facilities Services at extension 6161 or review the escalation process online.
In the event of an emergency, call Public Safety at extension 5252.
