Long Island Educators: Your Path to an Advanced Degree Just Got Easier

St. John’s University offers Long Island public school educators a tuition discount in support of their professional development. This grant equates to a 20 percent tuition reduction for graduate degree programs in The School of Education for admitted students employed full time in a Long Island public school district. The discount is applicable to graduate degrees earned within the School (i.e., Ed.D, Ph.D., MSEd, and Advanced Certificates). 

This discount is renewable for up to three years of continuous study at St. John’s starting this fall and is applicable to new enrollments to the University. Recipients must provide proof of continued employment each year. 

This grant is only applicable to the courses in the student’s degree program and cannot be combined with any other University discount or scholarship. Programs with established reduced or contractual tuition rates, including our online program, are not eligible for this discount.
