The minor in economics broadens a student’s understanding of basic economic theories and their applications to domestic and global economic issues.

The minor in economics broadens a student’s understanding of basic economic theories and their applications to domestic and global economic issues. The continuing volatility of the world's economies creates a need for informed economic analyses to aid businesses in making sound business decisions. The program is offered to students in the Peter J. Tobin College of Business as well as those enrolled in St. John’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
