What is TESOL?

TESOL stands for Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. It encompasses a dynamic field that prepares you to teach English both domestically and internationally. Our program focuses on innovative instruction that meets the complex needs of English Language Learners (ELLs), ensuring you are well-equipped to handle diverse educational settings.

Program Benefits

  • Ability to complete two degrees in five years
  • Ability to take 12-15 graduate credits at the undergraduate tuition rate

Content-based Integrated ENL

For those who prefer to teach within their content area, teach English through the content areas studied in your B.S.Ed., using your TESOL skills to enhance language acquisition in subject-specific classes.
