To ensure the continuity of the University’s image and message, external print and digital communications must be produced or approved by this office.
To submit a marketing request, please contact the marketing liaison designated for your college or office. The liaison will contact the appropriate account director in the Office of Marketing and Communications. Before initiating the project, please make sure you have a general sense of your project’s scope, including target delivery date and budget.
Marketing and Communications is responsible for maintaining a consistent editorial and graphic identity in all marketing pieces. These include but are not limited to:

  • Publications (including print and online publications)
  • University logos
  • Advertising (print and online). For example, TV, radio, magazine, newspaper, inbound marketing, etc.
  • University website

Colleges and offices are responsible for updating web content on their respective sites.

All publications produced at the University must conform to the appropriate policies and regulations of the University and the US Copyright Code.

Out-of-house vendor services, such as media purchases, printing, mailing, and postage costs are the responsibility of the requesting department or college.
