The editors of theABA Journal have named the Center for Law and Religion Forum, produced by St. John’s Center for Law and Religion, one of the top 100 best blogs for a legal audience. CLR Forum is one of 15 blogs selected for the “Niche” blog category.
"In our 7th year selecting the Blawg 100, we recognize that it takes more than luck to make it onto our list. Bloggers with the creativity to attract readers to their blogs and keep them engaged continue to be a pleasure to celebrate each year," said ABA Journal Editor and Publisher Allen Pusey. "Congratulations to this year's 100 honorees and the 10 who were inducted into our Blawg 100 Hall of Fame."
Now, the ABA Journal is asking readers to go online and vote for their favorite blog in each of the 7th Annual Blawg 100's 13 categories (registration required). Voting is open now and ends at the close of business on Dec. 20, 2013. For more information, please see this FAQ.
“It’s wonderful to receive this national recognition,” said Mark L. Movsesian, who produces and contributes to the blog as Director of the Center, together with Associate Director Marc O. DeGirolami. “When we started CLR Forum two years ago, Professor DeGirolami and I envisioned it as an online hub for a vital dialogue on law and religion issues --issues that impact everyday life across the globe. We’re proud to see our vision come to fruition and have such a positive impact.” Movsesian added, “We’re grateful to the ABA Journal and our readers—especially the ones who nominated us!”
