Professor Paras works with all LL.M. students to help them improve their legal English both written and verbal. She teaches students during the academic year in a writing supplement to Applied Legal Analysis (ALA) and also teaches a Bar Preparation Supplement for students who are preparing for the bar exam. Prior to teaching at St. John’s Law School, Professor Paras taught English, was a federal law clerk, and she worked at a large, Manhattan law firm. She is currently in private practice in Rockville Centre where she focuses her practice in Real Estate, Trusts & Estates and Adoptions.
