Undergraduate Students:

Faculty Appointments:

  • To make an appointment with a full-time faculty member, email the faculty member directly. Be sure your message includes your name, XID, and reason for the appointment.
  • Click here to view the FALL or SPRING office hours and contact information for full-time faculty.  Please confirm with the faculty before stopping by their office. Faculty members do not keep office hours in the summer.

Pre-Registration/Registration Information

The CCPS PIN Number Request Form will be active during the pre-registration periods each semester:

Fall Registration

Fall registration will be from mid-March until the first week of classes in the fall semester.

Spring Registration

Spring registration will be mid-October until the first week of classes in the spring semester. 

Check your stjohns.edu email account for important reminders and updates at the beginning of each pre-registration period. 

  1. Access the CCPS Pin Request Form (Freshmen, please contact your Center for Student Success advisor)
  2. Access your Degree Works report to complete and submit your form (How to access your Degree Works Report (including What-If Analysis) is located here.  
    (scroll to Resources, click on Student Advisement Reports)
  3. Check your St. John's account for an email from CCPS Dean's Office <formstack@stjohns.edu> with your course approval and pin number.
  4. Visit the Registration Homepage for instructions on how to find your Registration Time Ticket.
  5. Register for classes on your Time Ticket date/time.

To Access Your Degree Works Report:

  1. Log into signon.stjohns.edu
  2. Click on the new UIS Experience icon.
  3. Go to the Registration box.
  4. Click on Advisement Report (Degree Works).

Possibly changing your major or adding a minor?  Use the What-If feature above your GPA information on the report
 

Helpful Tips on Receiving your Registration PIN:

  • Have your phone nearby when accessing the form through 2-step sign-on.
  • Check your spam/clutter folder if you do not receive a reply in 5-7 business days.
    NOTE: RESPONSES WILL ONLY BE SENT TO YOUR SJU ACCOUNT.
