Dean's Office Locations
The CCPS Queens Dean’s office and Faculty are now located in St. Augustine Hall, Second Floor.
The CCPS Staten Island Dean’s office is located in Flynn Hall Room 101, while the Faculty offices are located in Rosati Hall.
Pre-Registration/Registration Information
The CCPS PIN Number Request Form will be active during the pre-registration periods each semester:
- Fall registration will be from mid-March until the first week of classes in the fall semester.
- Spring registration will be mid-October until the first week of classes in the spring semester.
Check your stjohns.edu email account for important reminders and updates at the beginning of each pre-registration period.
- Access the CCPS Advisement Form (Freshmen, please contact your Freshmen Center advisor)
- Access your Degree Works report to complete and submit your form. (Login to Sign On and click on the Degree Works icon)
- Check your St. John's account for an email from CCPS Dean's Office <[email protected]> with your course approval and pin number.
- Visit the Registration Homepage for instructions on how to find your Registration Time Ticket.
- Register for classes on your Time Ticket date/time.
Helpful Tips to Make Sure You Receive Your Priority Number:
- Have your phone nearby when accessing the form through 2-step sign-on.
- Check your spam/clutter folder if you do not receive a reply in 5-7 business days.

Who is my Academic Dean?
Attention Queens students: To accommodate the back-to-school rush, the CCPS Advising Deans will meet with students on a walk-in basis from January 16th – January 26th. No appointment is needed. Appointments will resume on Monday, January 29th.
Please note the last day for program changes is Tuesday, January 23rd.
