Organizational Management Minor

The minor in organizational management provides an introduction to the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to emerge as a manager with the introductory skills to communicate, manage conflicts, demonstrate leadership, and conceptualize the complex operational aspects of businesses operating globally.
