PGY2 Academia and Community Health Pharmacy Practice Residency Program

Shannon Tellier, Pharm.D.
Dr. Shannon Tellier is the first PGY2 Academia and Community Health pharmacy resident at St. John’s University. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at St. John’s University and became a pharmacy manager at a community pharmacy after graduation. Dr. Tellier then completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. Her academic and research interests include interprofessional education, ambulatory care, and anticoagulation.

Dr. Tellier has accepted a position at Stony Brook University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Sciences. Her practice site will be at the Stony Brook World Trade Center Wellness Program Clinic in Commack, NY.
