Overview
The Department of Psychology offers an intensive, accelerated combined degree program leading to both the B.A. and M.A. degrees in five years of full-time study. The program provides you with a sound preparation in psychology, including the psychological, social, and biological processes underlying normal and abnormal behavior. You will learn to think critically, to integrate theory with research, and to intensify the discovery and understanding of the interaction of human behavior.

With a B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from St. John's, you prepare for further study in psychology or for related fields like marketing research and program evaluation. Our graduates function as independent researchers in laboratory settings, hospitals, and industry.
