Janet DiFiore ’81L, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals and the State of New York, relayed to graduates during her address at the annual St. John’s University School of Law Commencement Exercises.

Salute to our Veterans concert fundraises over $1000 to support the Students Veterans Association
The College of Professional Studies in collaboration with the Veterans Success Center conducted the first ever "Salute to our Veterans" concert. The concert featured the musical duo of John Martelli (Gigs) and our very own Assistant Dean Randolph D.J. Ortiz. The event was attended by over 250 people and featured music from the 40s through the 70s. The event was developed as a way to support our student veterans at St. John's. The event fundraised $1,385 which was donated to the Student Veterans Associations of St. John's University.
