Employee Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-led groups that help employees build connections, as well as cultivate a greater sense of belonging to the University community. An ERG may form around a shared identity (e.g., race, ethnicity, gender, or faith), a shared interest or concern (e.g., environmental, special education, accessibility), a professional/career affiliation (e.g., work function or role, emerging leaders, administrative staff), or an activity, interest or skill (e.g., sports, health and wellness, community service).
Whether you are a new employee or have been with us a while, ERGs offer new opportunities to connect with your St. John’s family as you work, learn and grow together. Participation is open to all. This program is administered by the offices of Human Resources and Equity & Inclusion.
