Graduate Housing

As you begin your graduate studies at St. John's, you will need to secure your place in our residence halls.

Please submit your housing deposit and completed Residence Hall Application/Agreement by May 1. Graduate students interested in St. John's University housing can view the Guide to Residence Life for information on housing options and the application process.

Due to high demand for University housing, we ask that you submit your $400 deposit for new graduate students, along with completed housing application/agreement forms, by May 1. Submit your housing deposit online at our secure web site. If you would like to pay by phone, call us at 718-990-2000.

Non-University Housing
