Distinguished Alumnus Award

The purpose of the Distinguished Alumnus Award is to recognize the College’s alumni who have made significant contributions to his/her chosen profession or society, in general, and whose accomplishments, affiliations, and career have honored the legacy of excellence of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.  The recipient demonstrates core values of the College in relation to Excellence, Scholarship and Service. Recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award should be a graduate of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, meets the selection criteria and has his/her degree(s) conferred a minimum of ten years prior to the award nomination.

  • Professional Achievement: The recipient attained recognition and prominence through his/her efforts in their chosen health care profession, biomedical science, or health-related public health administrative position.
     
  • Service: The recipient exhibits the core Vincentian values of service through an interest in bettering the lives of others, either through his/her chosen profession or through voluntary, and private endeavors.
     
  • Dedication and Support: The recipient has demonstrated a commitment of sustained support to the College and/or its professional programs, or students.
