Due to the large number of requests the Office of the President receives and the complexity of the President’s calendar, we ask that you please complete the request form at least 12 weeks in advance so that we may determine if his schedule will permit him to attend. Please provide as much information as possible at the time of submission. The online submission of this form is REQUIRED for all requests. Requests will be considered and responded to in a timely manner.
If an event is confirmed on the President's calendar, you will receive an email indicating so. Please provide the following materials to the Vice President and Chief of Staff at least three (3) weeks prior to the meeting or event date. This information is required prior to a scheduled event or meeting for the President’s preparation for the event.
We hope to be able to accommodate as many requests as possible and we appreciate your cooperation in providing the information requested to help ensure that the President’s attendance will contribute to the success of your event.
If the President’s name or Office of the President is noted on an invitation or any other materials, those items need to be submitted to the Office of the President for review and approval prior to printing and distribution.
