Queens Campus: Off-Campus Apartment

• Apartment Style Living - Apartment with double/single occupancy bedrooms with shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.
• Apartments are a 5 min walk to train station and a 45 min train /25 min car ride to the heart of NYC – Time Square
• Apartment is 15-20 minute walk to/from Main Campus

Rates:

• $300/week – double occupancy bedroom (within a shared suite)  

• $350/week – single occupancy bedroom (within a shared suite) - SOLD OUT

Dates:

• Earliest move in date: Tuesday, May 28, 2024
• Latest move out date: Tuesday, August 13, 2024

• 24 hour security, seven days a week
• Wi-Fi available in all lounges
• 24 hour access to the fitness center
• Game Room lounge

• 1-2 private bathrooms per apartment
• 3 or 4 bedrooms per apartment
• Bed with mattress, desk with chair, dresser and closet space (per resident)
• Full kitchen with electric stove, sink, cabinets, and full-size refrigerator
• Spacious and modern living room with dining table, chairs, and couch/loveseat
• Student controlled heating and air-conditioning units
• Wireless access throughout each apartment and cable jacks provided in each bedroom and living room
