Programs specifically designed with an experienced professional in mind will be created as needed in partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations.

Cancellations / No-Shows / Lateness

Mentoring Programs

The St. John’s University Aspire Mentor Program supports ambitious students who are aspiring to reach their professional goals.

The program connects current students and successful alumni, providing an opportunity for achievement-oriented career mentorship and professional development. Alumni mentors are uniquely equipped to assist students with developing in-demand skills and competencies, while also integrating the values that are the hallmark of a St. John’s education into one’s career.

Become a mentor and help your fellow Johnnies accomplish their goals.

Please contact Jocelyn Coalter, Sr. Director, Career Services, [email protected] for assistance.

St. Johns Career Service under 'Company' is the official group of Career Services at St. John's University on LinkedIn. The group compliments the ASPIRE Mentor and Job Shadowing programs providing a forum for building strong student-alumni relationships, as well as peer-to-peer connections.

As alumni, employers and friends, we are asking you to volunteer to assist St. John’s students and fellow grads through the career exploration and job search processes. St. John's University LinkedIn page is not a job placement service. Rather, it’s an opportunity for students to build a network of connections, to gather information about employment trends, job functions, salary expectations, effective job/internship searches, and the career paths of St. John’s alumni.

Joining St. Johns Career Services on LinkedIn is simple:

  • Create or login into your LinkedIn Profile
