Commencement Mass

Time: 4 p.m. (Doors open at 3 p.m.)

Location: Carnesecca Arena, Queens Campus

The Commencement Mass is an opportunity for our graduates, families and friends, and the University community to give thanks for all of the gifts and blessings received from God. It is also our chance to pray for our graduates and to ask God's blessing upon you as you move into the next phase of your life. This year the celebrant for the Commencement Mass will be Rev. Aidan R. Rooney, C.M., M.Div, M.Th. '78NDC, Executive Vice President for Mission and the homilist will be our President, Rev. Brian J. Shanley, O.P., Ph.D.

Mass Tickets and Seating

Graduates can register to attend the Commencement Mass on the Tassel Site.
Graduates are required to complete their registration, before they can assign their guest tickets to the Mass.
Admission is by ticket only.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis and will be based on the order of arrival.
Seats may not be saved.
Graduates are asked to wear their academic attire to Mass. The hood may be worn, but we ask that graduates not wear their cap to Mass.
Graduates should sit with their families during Mass.

Participate in Mass
