By invitation only, the Leadership Development Series is a structured, 18-month program designed to give academic and administrative leaders the opportunity to enhance awareness of their leadership style; deepen relationships across the institution; and strengthen their executive presence, strategic thinking and change management skills. The series consists of eight training workshops, several leadership style assessments, a guest speaker forum, and exposure to an executive internship rotation.
Participation is subject to a formal nomination process and nominees will be selected based on the make-up of the group. Leadership development is most effective when all participants are truly interested in professional development and have shown the capacity to continue to grow.
