Mobile Soup Kitchen

Due to the global pandemic, and based on the directives of the University's Return to Campus Task Force released in the University’s updated plan for our campus reopening, “Preparing for the Fall Semester, Campus Ministry Vincentian service programs on campus are moving to "virtual formats," Please check back regularly for updated opportunities and efforts that will be offered.

The Mobile Soup Kitchen is a way the Bread and Life soup kitchen reaches out to families and individuals who do not have easy access to food and social services.  Serving at the trip allows volunteers to interact with each other and build community. Working together, the distribution of hot meals becomes a moment of connection between those serving and those being served.
The Mobile Soup Kitchen experience invites volunteers to become aware of local social issues such as hunger and homelessness that are greatly affecting the community
