Programs can run in two ways:
Organization Cohorts: We build a customized, closed program for 20-40 of your employees, aligned to your strategy and culture.
Member Cohorts: Individuals join from across ACORD member organizations to form a cohort of 20-40 and pursue a shared learning journey.
Either way, participants leave with practical tools, sharper thinking, and stronger networks.
