This area of Operations supports event logistics for student organizations and for the Division of Student Affairs.
Room reservations, event agreements, audiovisual requests and guest policy requests must be submitted online via the request forms below.
Please note that requests will be accepted and processed in order of receipt. Requests for tentative reservations should not be submitted.
Please note that event agreements, audiovisual requests and guest policy requests require a Facility Confirmation Pass for submission.
