Kevin Khurana is a commercial attorney with significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements leveraging technology and new media. Khurana is currently an adjunct professor teaching "Software License Agreements" at St. John's University School of Law. He is also an associate corporate counsel at Google, where he focuses primarily on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with key merchants and financial partners. Prior to joining Google, Khurana was an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP for four years where he was a member of the Technology, Media & Communications and Privacy & Data Security practice groups.
While studying at St. John's University School of Law, Khurana was a St. Thomas More Scholarship recipient and President of the South Asian Law Students Association.
