- Commercial Division Online Law Report
The primary purpose of the St. John’s University School of Law Commercial Division Online Law Report ("The Report") is to produce case summaries and comments relevant to the Commercial Division. The Report gives students the opportunity to develop their writing and analytical skills. At the same time, it will provide practitioners with up-to-date access to information relevant to the Commercial Division.
The Report is a great opportunity for practitioner involvement. While the Online Law Report is student-run, we encourage practitioners to submit case summaries and posts on current topics in the Commercial Division. The Report’s online format facilitates discussion of current issues while the issues are relevant. In addition to individual posts by students and practitioners, student-practitioner collaborations function as a great learning opportunity.
