St. John’s University to Host Undergraduate Commencement Exercises, Sunday, May 21

His Eminence Peter Kodwo Appiah Cardinal Turkson to Deliver St. John’s University Commencement Address

St. John’s will host its undergraduate commencement exercises on May 21 in Queens, marking the conclusion of the University’s 147th academic year. His Eminence Peter Kodwo Appiah Cardinal Turkson will deliver the commencement address at the ceremony.

Conrado “Bobby” Gempesaw, Ph.D., the 17th President of St. John’s University, will preside over the ceremony celebrating more than 1,700 undergraduate students. JohnAnthony DiMaria, a member of the 2017 undergraduate class, will serve as Student Commencement Speaker.

Sunday’s ceremony concludes a week of ceremonies which began on Monday, May 15. The College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, The School of Education, The Peter J.
