Michael Kerman is Assistant Director of Career Advising at Columbia Law School. He served as Assistant Director with the Career Development Office at St. John's Law School from 2012 through 2014. He teaches Lawyering for first-year students, and has taught the Externship Seminar. Following law school, Kerman worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP as well as Kreindler & Kreindler LLP. He received training in psychotherapy from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies and has served as a career counselor at the University of Illinois College of Law.
