Dennis Glazer is an experienced business lawyer and strategic counselor to public corporations, financial institutions and privately held companies.  Well respected as a problem solver for businesses during his 31 years at Davis Polk & Wardwell, Glazer has vast experience with boards of directors and board committees, serving many businesses as a trusted advisor during their most stressful and difficult times. Creative and innovative, he is a team player who consistently finds ways to contribute to every organization that calls upon him, and he does so in highly collaborative and constructive ways. Glazer currently serves as a director of AppOrchard LLC (an internet company specializing in iOS development), Rapid Ratings International Inc. (a rating, research and analytics firm), Easton Bell Sports and Paraco Gas Corporation, and his experience includes extensive board service in the not-for-profit sector of health care industry, including as Chairman of the Board of Lawrence Hospital Center, Chairman of Stellaris Health Network, and most recently as a Trustee of New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

During his career, Glazer has utilized his governance and legal expertise to advise a diverse group of public corporations (JetBiue Airways, E*Trade, Limited Brands, Shire Pharmaceuticals, WeiiCare  Health  Plans), privately held  companies (Richemont lnternationai/Cartier, the  New  York  Mets/Sterling Equities, GSI/Kinetic), financial institutions (JP Morgan, Banco Santander, Morgan Stanley, TPG-Axon Partners, Quadrangle Group, Fenway Partners, Tailwind Capital, Evercore Partners) and law firms (Paul Hastings, Cozen O'Connor). Glazer is widely recognized as a highly ethical and pragmatic lawyer with a deep understanding of business strategies. 

He served as law clerk for the Hon. George C. Pratt in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (1979-1981) and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (1982).  Dennis served as a member of the American Law Institute, the New York Bar Foundation, and numerous bar and service organizations. He serves as a Mediator in the Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court (New York County) and has lectured frequently to legal organizations and bar groups.
