Commuter Student Resources

We offer a variety of resources for commuter students to get involved with campus life!

What You Need To Know As A Commuter Student

The best way to enjoy your student experience is by getting involved!

Every semester there is an activities fair where all student organizations are promoting themselves to the student body. If students miss these events, the best way to get involved is by visiting the Student Engagement Resource Center in D’Angelo Center, room 125.

Throughout the week, there are events hosted by University departments and student organizations. A majority of these events occur during Common Hour. Common Hour is Mondays and Thursdays from 1:50 p.m. to 3:20 p.m.

Specific commuter student-based events occur once a month, throughout the semester.

Commuter Week, a week-long celebration to recognize Commuter students, is hosted every spring.

The best way to stay up-to-date is by following @StJohnsNow and @SJUActivities on social media.
